Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Turnover Time collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built Turnover Time as a small, practical tool for short-term rental hosts, and we try to keep this policy as straightforward as the app itself.

What we collect

Calendar and booking data — When you connect an iCal feed from Airbnb, VRBO, or another platform, we parse event details such as check-in/check-out dates, property names, and guest names so we can build your cleaning schedule.
Cleaner contact information — First name, last name, email address, and phone number, which you enter when adding cleaners to your directory.
Account information — Your email address and password (handled securely through our authentication provider) so you can log in and keep your workspace private.
Usage data — Basic logs related to reminder delivery, calendar sync attempts, and errors, so we can keep the service running and troubleshoot issues.

How we use your data

To display your property calendars and cleaning schedule inside the app.
To send SMS and email reminders to you and your cleaners about upcoming cleanings, checkout changes, and booking updates.
To generate read-only share links for cleaners, showing only the assignments and properties you choose to share. Share links expire automatically after 3 months.
To detect calendar conflicts when multiple iCal sources overlap.

Phone numbers and email addresses

Phone numbers and email addresses are used only for sending scheduling-related notifications. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of service providers to run Turnover Time:

Supabase — for secure database storage, authentication, and backend functions.
Resend — for sending transactional emails such as password resets and cleaning reminders.
Twilio — for sending SMS/text reminders to cleaners and owners.

Each of these providers processes data only on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your information, we will remove your workspace data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep it for legal or security reasons.

Your choices

You can update or remove cleaners, properties, and calendar feeds at any time inside the app. You can also permanently delete your account directly in the app from Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account immediately removes your profile, properties, cleaner directory, cleaning tasks, calendar feed connections, share links, and SMS consent records. This action is irreversible.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. If we make significant changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
