What Turnover Time is

Turnover Time is a cleaning schedule management tool for short-term rental hosts. It lets you import booking calendars from platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, organize properties, assign cleaners, and send automated reminders by email and text message.

Account responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account.
• Make sure the calendar URLs (iCal feeds) you add are accurate and belong to properties you manage.
• Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to send spam or harass cleaners, guests, or anyone else.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any cleaner contact information you add is accurate and that you have permission to message that person.

SMS and email consent

Adding a cleaner's phone number to Turnover Time does not and cannot constitute that cleaner's consent to be texted. SMS consent is recorded only when the cleaner personally opens a signed, single-use consent link and submits the opt-in form themselves. Until that record exists, Turnover Time will not send them text messages. Message frequency varies with booking activity; message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect email or in-app notifications.

Limitation of liability

Turnover Time is provided "as is." While we do our best to keep calendars synced and reminders delivered on time, we cannot guarantee that third-party calendar feeds, email providers, or SMS carriers will always be accurate or available. We are not liable for missed cleanings, missed bookings, or any losses that result from calendar sync delays, incorrect iCal data, reminder delivery failures, or other technical issues beyond our direct control.

In no event shall Turnover Time's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This immediately removes your profile, properties, cleaner directory, cleaning tasks, calendar feed connections, share links, and SMS consent records, and cannot be undone. We may also suspend or terminate access if we believe you are misusing the service, violating these terms, or causing harm to others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
